The stay was absolutely great. Stayed here for 4 days, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with amazing and stunning location very close to the center. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The hotel's location was exceptionally nice, really close to Santa Maria Novella train station, restaurant, and places to go and the center of Florence. Furthermore, very near the tram stop.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. They made sure I had everything I needed and were always available to answer my questions. The room itself was very comfortable, with a good size and all the basic amenities I required. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, like the well-lit bathroom and the delicious pastries at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the Italian coffee was absolutely superb!

My stay at B&B Santa Maria Novella was fantastic. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful bathrooms and a bonus of a smart TV. I was impressed by the generous hosts who provided a kettle, coffee machine, and free coffee and tea in the room. The location was great, just a short walk from the train station and tram stop. I also appreciated the private parking option, as it can be difficult to find parking in the city. The reception staff was kind and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and even giving us an extra bed for no additional charge. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and the coffee made with the coffee machine was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

The hotel was clean. The location near the tram station was good and stunning. The double room I had was new-fashioned. It was nice to have a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and glassware available. The staff was amazingly kind and around most of the time.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Florence and had a fantastic experience. the location was excellent as it was just a short walk from both the train station and tram station. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and visit all the attractions. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. Daria and Geatano were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed. Their excellent service truly made a difference. Additionally, the hotel itself was well-maintained and clean. The room had all the necessary amenities and was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Finally, the breakfast was delightful, with a variety of options and delicious Italian coffee. It was a great way to start each day of my trip.
